C.P.C. Héctor Santana

Public Accountant with more than 25 years of professional experience, specializing in auditing, internal controls, compliance, and business advisory services, with an extensive track record serving companies across a wide range of industries and levels of complexity.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from the Tijuana Institute of Technology and has further strengthened his professional background through various courses, continuing education programs, and certifications in auditing, accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Before founding MSST Consulting in 2005, he developed part of his professional career with the Government of the State of Baja California and later worked with several professional services firms. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both the regulatory environment and the financial and operational needs of businesses.

As a partner at MSST, he primarily leads the Audit practice, participating in the planning and supervision of financial, tax, internal, and process audits, as well as in the assessment of internal controls and compliance. His approach goes beyond issuing an audit opinion, focusing on identifying risks, areas for improvement, and practical recommendations that help strengthen each organization’s operations and decision-making processes.

Throughout his career, he has advised both domestic and international companies, maintaining close working relationships with shareholders, boards of directors, executives, and financial teams.
