Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in tax consulting, transfer pricing, auditing, finance, and comprehensive business advisory services, with a particular focus on international operations and companies with a presence in Mexico and the United States.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), has completed postgraduate studies in Finance, and earned an MBA with a specialization in International Business from CETYS University. He has also completed specialized programs and professional certifications at universities in the United States.
Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, and advisory services for foreign companies, supporting businesses and multinational groups that operate in or are seeking to establish operations in Mexico. His experience ranges from structuring and launching new companies and start-ups to providing tax, financial, and strategic advisory services to established organizations with more complex operations.
After working with recognized firms in the industry, he founded MSST Consulting in 2005, where he remains actively involved in the firm’s leadership and works directly with both domestic and international clients.
He is an active member of the College of Public Accountants and has participated as a guest speaker at UABC. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, he works directly with foreign business owners, executives, and investors, helping facilitate their operations and business development in Mexico.
